I am often asked, what I do to
keep my body in shape. My answer is : TANGO !
Women in my age, specially after
giving birth, breast feeding etc, etc, experience weight problems and a
general weakness in connective tissue. LET'S FIGHT AGAINST
FLABS...
All my life I was active in
several sports, I played Handball, Volleyball and Tennis. I did many
hours of fitness to support my athletic skills, which I now still gain
profit of.
I am used to train my body and I
know how hard it is to keep on exercising, it can be quite boring . But
I can say if you are committed to do something for your body and you
have survived the first 6 weeks anything after that will be easy.
Be inspired by the passion for the
dance, get motivated to work out your body with the result of
improving health, power, flexibility, motivation, youth and beautiful
dancing.
